Joey O’Callaghan (5th Cork athlete)
A long season of training paid off for Joey O’Callaghan who came in 16th place and secured a well earned first cross country medal as the 5th Cork runner in and a place on the Cork team that finished 2nd overall. Delighted for you Joey!

Strong performances were also on display from the U13 girls with Rachel O’Brien placing 15th and the 8th Cork athlete in and Ailis Murphy came in 63rd.
